We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Londonderry technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Londonderry crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Londonderry customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Londonderry homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Londonderry basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Londonderry basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
